Pinnacles of Change

The problem

  • Forests are disappearing at an alarming rate.
  • Bees are declining worldwide.
  • Communities and wildlife are losing their future.
  • So is our planet.

From deforestationto restoration

Together, we bring life back.

We plant Moringa trees, protect and restore native bees, produce pure honey and build strong communities through education and co-operation.

Donate a hive

Every hive you sponsor plants hope.Protects bees. Empowers communities.

Our prototype hive — watch the bees work the flowers and slip home through the entrance.

We are just getting started.

The cycle of change

  1. 1. Plant

We plant Moringa trees on degraded land to restore soil, water and biodiversity.

  2. 2. Restore

The land heals, the ecosystem returns and flowers bloom.

  3. 3. Protect bees

Healthy habitats bring back native bees and pollinators.

  4. 4. Produce honey

Bees thrive and produce pure, natural honey and other hive products.

  5. 5. Build co-ops

We set up local co-operatives that share in the benefits.

  6. 6. Teach & empower

Education and training create skills, jobs and brighter futures.

We are at the beginning

This is a new project. We are currently designing the first prototype hive specifically for the native bee species of Azad Kashmir.

Annotated design of the Azad Kashmir native bee hive: insulated roof and walls, upper ventilation, observation window, reduced bee space, entrance reducer, 20–25 litre brood chamber, vertical comb guides, screened bottom board and adjustable stand

Our prototype hive

  • Designed for Apis cerana, the native honey bee of Azad Kashmir
  • 20–25 litre brood chamber matched to a cerana colony
  • Insulated walls and roof for stable temperatures in mountain weather
  • Observation window for easy, non-intrusive colony inspection
  • Screened bottom board and entrance reducer to defend against pests
  • Adjustable stand with anti-ant barriers, built from local materials

We are testing, refining and preparing for our first installations.

Innovate. Test. Impact.

Your support today helps us finalise the design, build the prototype and begin our first hive installations.
